The process of trademark transfer can be simply boiled down to the following five steps: application→acceptance→examination→announcement→issue of transfer certificate. Of course, this refers to normal conditions. As for some small episodes, it is another matter, such as corrections and the like. In these five steps, only the application requires both parties to submit materials, and the rest is the matter of the Trademark Office.
